ParaCity is a sonic choreography which mixes collective and private mythologies with memories of late capitalism and other great fictions. We see a hybrid maiden who chooses to marry herself in a sologamist wedding concerto. The figure on stage morphs from act to act, from song to song in a sonic ritual channeled in close collaboration with clairvoyant Pardis Pourahmad.
